Do I need to prepare for my Analysis session?

You will receive a questionnaire before the appointment, which needs to be returned 2 days prior your scheduled appointment.

It is advisable that you do not have a hair dressing appointment shortly before the session, so some of your natural hair colour is visible.

This also applies to fake tan – please leave this to after the session.

If you wish, you can also bring one or two items of clothing (tops or dresses) and we can check together if these items are in the palette of your wow colours.

Before the colour analysis begins, you will also need to remove your make up. If you have sensitive skin and use specific make up remover, please remember to bring them.

Can I bring my Children or other visitors to the session?

A personal colour analysis is about having a bit of ‘’me’’-time 😊. A colour analysis session is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, that requires focus from both, consultant and client, for a perfectly accurate result.

Children or friends/partners attending may take away this focus and for this reason, and due to size of the consulting space, cannot attend.

An exception is certainly made for breastfed babies, who cannot be separated from their mothers for the duration of a session. Also, teenagers can of course bring one of their guardians. Please advise me in advance.

Can men also book an Individual Colour Analysis session?

Of course! Knowing their colour palette is as valuable for men as it is for women.

Where are you located?

I currently operate from Indie Hair Salon, 124 Albion Rd, Windsor 4030 QLD (Northern Suburbs of Brisbane).

Individual appointments usually take place in a private setting in a back room of the hair salon (some noise due to the operations within the hair salon may be present).

Duo appointments usually take place when the salon is closed to other customers.

Dogs may also be present at the hair salon.

Off-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Is Personal Colour Analysis only something for Fashion Geeks?

Absolutely not. Personal Colour Analysis is especially valuable for people, who do not have an interest in spending lots of time and money on shopping, as it teaches you an easy solution on what your best colours are. As a time poor mum myself, I especially recommend my service to busy time moms, who want to look their best.

Is your location wheelchair accessible?

A few steps need to be taken to get to the consultation room and unfortunately are not accessible for a wheelchair.
